Any orders placed before 2PM on the Island of Manhattan can be hand-delivered the very same day.

Shipping via UPS within the United States mainland as well as Alaska and the various U.S. Island territories is complementary.

We will gladly ship your orders at greater speeds for an additional fee.

Doyle Mueser garments and accessories are of the highest quality, and we are confident that our products will take pride of place in any gentleman’s wardrobe. If, however, you are dissatisfied with the product for some unforeseeable reason, we will of course make amends.

All returns received within 14 days of purchase will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing. All returns received after 14 days will be eligible for store credit.

Items returned for exchange will be refunded and a new order will be processed and charged. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing an exchange.

Gifts that are returned are subject to exchange or store credit only.

To return items ship them in the original packaging along with the receipt and a note giving the reason for return to:
